Job summary

ODDITY LABS in Cambridge, MA is seeking a hands-on software lead for its life-sciences and AI-driven research initiatives. You will own product scoping, design with scientific and business stakeholders, and build production-grade frontend and backend systems to power biotech experiments.

Collaborate with DevOps and MLOps to craft cloud-native solutions on AWS, containers with Docker and Kubernetes. You will deploy agentic coding tools, conduct data-driven research for targets, and contribute

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on programming experience.

You are science and AI obsessed and looking for your next big challenge. You want to get your hands dirty and build powerful software to support research in the lab, all while owning architecture and product strategy. You have a background in the life sciences and hands on experience building and deploying software solutions int he context of a highly technical field. You have a high amount of emotional intelligence, are willing to take risks and able and willing to have hard conversations if those risks don't pan out.
