Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in social media, community management, brand communications, or content strategy.
• Strong writing ability with the ability to create clear, engaging social content.
• Experience managing organic social accounts, especially LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Strong editorial and visual judgment, and staying on-brand.
• Ability to translate product, commercial, technical, and scientific inputs into content that builds trust.
• Understanding of copy, imagery, layout, pacing, and platform format in social content.
• Community-first mindset with engagement through conversations, not just broadcasting.
• Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, commercial, and creative teams.
• Basic understanding of social performance metrics and turning results into insights.

Responsibilities

• Own Zymo’s organic social presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube; manage the content calendar and posts.
• Transform product launches, resources, events, and user stories into social-first content that’s credible and on-brand.
• Maintain Zymo’s social voice: scientific, warm, direct, and useful; brief creatives and assess content quality.
• Track engagement, audience growth, and content resonance; share actionable insights.
