Job summary

Eurofins in Columbia, MO is seeking a detail‑oriented Project Coordinator to manage scientific testing programs and client communications. You will create study records, track timelines in LIMS, and collaborate with lab, QA, and analytical teams to ensure timely completion of studies.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related science and at least 2 years in a lab or coordination setting, with the ability to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related scientific discipline is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a laboratory, scientific, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, environmental, food testing, or project coordination environment.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scientific testing programs and ensure project requirements are clearly defined and communicated.
• Create, maintain, and track study records and timelines in LIMS and other internal databases.
• Partner with lab, QA, stability, sample management, and analytical teams to ensure materials, methods, and documentation are available.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing project updates and facilitating status meetings.
• Monitor timelines and deliverables to support on-time completion of studies and testing programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to keep projects moving efficiently.
• Track project scope, changes to testing requirements, and support budget updates.
• Assist with invoice review and milestone tracking.
• Maintain audit-ready project documentation in line with quality standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and provide coordination for complex programs.
