Job summary

Parexel is seeking a project-management minded professional with a strong science background for a remote role with occasional travel. The position centers on leading the Investigator Studies Program operations within a Therapeutic Area.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in pharma/healthcare operations, proven leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and solid MS Office skills to support scientific and medical affairs initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of pharmaceutical or healthcare-related experience in internal or external scientific research operations
• Strong leadership, project management, and organizational awareness skills
• Resilience, collaborative and interpersonal skills
• Ability to coordinate across divisions
• Ability to lead without direct authority over a continuum of stakeholders
• Research database proficiency
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities
