Qualifications

• 2+ years of pharmaceutical or healthcare-related experience in internal or external scientific research operations.
• Strong leadership, project management, and organizational awareness skills.
• Resilience, collaborative and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coordinate across divisions.
• Ability to lead without direct authority over a continuum of stakeholders.
• Research database proficiency.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Contributes within the TA and interacts with a continuum of stakeholders.
• The SLRC ensures meaningful and collaborative scientific exchange through engagement activities to globally impact strategies.
• Key to the role is the optimal management of the operations of client’s Investigator Studies Program.
• The SLRC manages Congress Operations activity for the TA.
