Job summary

Parexel is seeking a remote Project Manager with a strong science background to support Investigator Studies Program operations and Congress activities within the Therapeutic Area. The role requires 2+ years in pharma/healthcare operations, leadership, and the ability to coordinate across divisions while working with stakeholders globally.

The position offers remote work with occasional travel and opportunities to contribute to strategic planning across our Research Laboratories.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of pharmaceutical or healthcare-related experience in internal or external scientific research operations.
• Strong leadership, project management, and organizational awareness skills.
• Resilience, collaborative and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coordinate across divisions.
• Ability to lead without direct authority over a continuum of stakeholders.
• Research database proficiency.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities
