Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services near Lancaster, PA, seeks a capable supervisor to lead a team within a cGMP laboratory environment. You will ensure compliance with quality systems, safety policies, and regulatory requirements while delivering on department objectives.

Responsibilities include monitoring performance, coaching staff, and maintaining data integrity. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in science and at least two years of supervisory experience in a cGMP setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or related field required.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a cGMP environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality policy program is understood, implemented, and maintained; identify and correct departures from the quality system.
• Enforce safety policies across all areas of responsibility.
• Perform laboratory tasks as required to deliver on department objectives.
• Monitor and control cost.
• Communicate effectively with client staff and maintain compliance.
