Job summary

Axiom Bio is seeking a seasoned operations professional to own the delivery of scientific data programs, coordinating across internal teams and partner labs to ensure high-quality data generation and timely delivery.

You will manage compound sourcing, inventory, shipping, and documentation while building scalable processes and automated checks to support AI model training and drug discovery workflows.

• Strong analytical and technical judgment using data tools to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own operational delivery of data programs, translating research needs into plans, milestones, budgets and deliverables.
• Coordinate data generation across teams and labs, managing capacity, timelines and handoffs.
• Manage sourcing, inventory, shipping, and customs docs to ensure materials readiness.
• Build partnerships with labs and suppliers, defining specs and acceptance criteria.
• Reconcile data integrity, resolve discrepancies with scientists and data engineers.
• Develop scalable operating systems with trackers, SOPs, and alerts to automate coordination.
