Job summary

Responsibilities

• Design and develop user-friendly software packages for scientific data management and analysis
• Support FAIR data models and management solutions for bioscience applications
• Assist in enabling ML/AI use of biological data through structured, well-documented data
• Collaborate with Neurodata Without Borders and LinkML open source ecosystems
• Maintain and manage open source software, CI, and testing
• Develop HPC and cloud solutions for visualization and analysis of complex biological data
• Develop ML/AI solutions for biological data in collaboration with scientists
• Train scientists and software engineers at workshops and conferences
• Exercise good judgment in selecting methods and techniques
• Network with senior internal and external personnel in their area of expertise
