Beeline Medicines is seeking an Associate Director of Scientific Communications to lead publication planning, congress activities, and development of scientifically rigorous content across the portfolio, collaborating with Clinical Development, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, and Commercial teams.

This hybrid role requires strong scientific writing, project management, and the ability to translate complex data into clear narratives for diverse audiences, while ensuring compliance with publication

Qualifications

• PhD, PharmD, MS, or equivalent advanced scientific degree required.
• 7+ years of experience in scientific communications, medical affairs, or related roles within biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience supporting publication strategy and congress execution for late-stage programs.
• Experience in autoimmune, immunology, or inflammatory diseases preferred.
• Deep knowledge of publication standards and compliance including GPP2022 and ICMJE guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Support development and lead execution of the scientific communications plan aligned with asset strategy and medical affairs.
• Manage global publication activities (author engagement, abstracts, manuscripts, posters, presentations) per GPP2022 and SOPs.
• Oversee official plans for major international and regional medical meetings, including content development and alignment.
• Draft and edit scientific content for Field Medical teams.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate interpretation and timely data dissemination.
• Maintain publication trackers, timelines, and vendor relationships to ensure on-time delivery.
• Support advisory boards, investigator meetings, and external scientific forums.
