Job summary

Green Life Science is seeking a Scientist for Preclinical Mouse Models & Client Solutions to partner with academic and biotech clients, shaping study designs and mouse model strategies. This role blends deep scientific credibility with commercial relationship-building across Europe.

The ideal candidate holds a PhD in a relevant field, has hands-on mouse model experience, and is excited to move into a client-facing business development path.

Qualifications

• PhD in Immunology, Pharmacology, Cancer Biology, or another relevant biomedical/life science discipline.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a scientific partner to academic and biotech clients, supporting discussions around preclinical study design and mouse model solutions.
• Engage with researchers and scientific teams to understand scientific objectives and propose appropriate in vivo strategies.
• Support business development activities through scientific presentations, client meetings, conference attendance, and relationship building.
• Collaborate closely with internal scientific teams to align client needs with available capabilities and study approaches.
• Build long term relationships with clients across academia, biotech, and pharma.
• Travel locally within Europe (~25%) for client meetings, conferences, and scientific networking events.
