The Laboratory Assistant is an entry-level, non-licensed role responsible for supporting core laboratory operations through the execution of fundamental laboratory procedures and maintenance activities. This position operates under direct supervision and plays a key role in ensuring efficient workflow, accurate preparation, and a clean, compliant laboratory environment.

Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions

• Assist in the preparation of formulations and samples for laboratory testing
• Accurately complete tasks related to formulation preparation
• Routine clean, sanitize, and maintain glassware, laboratory equipment, and workspaces

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive manual tasks
• Capability to lift and move items up to 25 pounds
