Job summary

Syska Hennessy Group, a global engineering consultancy, seeks an Associate Practice Area Director for the West region. The role leads science & technology projects in pharmaceutical, labs, semiconductor, and medical devices, with responsibility for strategy, client development, and project delivery.

You will mentor staff, grow revenue, and align regional plans with the global science & technology business plan while reporting to regional and practice area leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• PE registration is required.
• 5+ years’ experience developing business for engineering.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and expand an existing staff, coordinate the execution of science & technology activities in the region, and maintain client satisfaction.
• Generate new revenue and increase existing revenue streams.
• Develop strategies to pursue new clients and larger projects; lead sales presentations and project delivery.
