Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains effective classroom management for a productive learning environment.
• Aligns instruction with the District's philosophy and educational goals.
• Takes precautions to protect students, equipment, and facilities.
• Maintains accurate records as required by law and policy.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES

5. 5. Utilizes effective classroom management strategies to create a classroom environment that isconducive to learning and developmentally appropriate for students.
6. 6. Strives to implement by instruction and action the District's philosophy of education and instructional goals and objectives.
7. 7. Takes all the necessaryand reasonable precautions to protect students, equipment, materials andfacilities.
8. 8. Maintains accurate, complete and correct records as required by law, District policy, andadministrative regulation.

TERMS

190 days. Salary and work year to be established by the Board.
