Fusion Academy is a fully accredited 1-to-1 private school for grades 4–12, seeking a Science Teacher. You’ll shape schedules, design creative lessons, and collaborate with passionate colleagues to personalize education academically, socially, and emotionally.

Responsibilities include teaching across Earth to Physics, mentoring students, and maintaining records. A Bachelor's is required; credentials or advanced degrees are a plus. Work authorization in the U.S. is required.

As a Science Teacher, you’ll have the flexibility to shape your schedule, design creative lessons, and collaborate with passionate colleagues. What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or a teaching credential is a plus.
• Ability and willingness to teach a wide range of science courses (Earth, Physical, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Astronomy, Earth Space, Anatomy & Physiology, Marine Biology, & Zoology), following content standards — curriculum and resources provided.
• Experience working with students, including those with learning differences, neurodiversity, accelerated learning needs, and/or mental health challenges.
• Mentoring experience and a passion for social-emotional learning.
• Outgoing, adaptable, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, student-centered environment.
• Skilled with technology, curious about innovation, and open to learning new tools.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
