Job summary

Fusion Academy seeks a Science Teacher to deliver highly personalized, one-on-one instruction for grades 5–12. You’ll adapt lessons, mentor students, and collaborate with parents to support social-emotional growth and academic success.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree; teaching credentials are a plus, and you’ll work in a dynamic, student-centered environment with ongoing professional development.

• Ability and willingness to teach a wide range of science courses (Earth, Physical, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Astronomy, Earth Space, Anatomy & Physiology, Marine Biology, & Zoology), following content standards — curriculum and resources provided.
• Experience working with students, including those with learning differences, neurodiversity, accelerated learning needs, and/or mental health challenges.
• Mentoring experience and a passion for social-emotional learning.
• Outgoing, adaptable, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, student-centered environment.
