Acceleration Academies seeks a Science Content Coach to serve as the primary instructional resource for Graduation Candidates. You will deliver competency-based content, support personalized learning, and guide students toward graduation and post-secondary success.
You will collaborate with a team to provide academic, social-emotional, and career-oriented support that empowers each learner’s journey, enrolling new students and retaining ongoing engagement.

As a Science Content Coach, you will serve as the primary instructional resource for our Graduation Candidates (GCs), delivering competency-based content, supporting personalized learning, and guiding students toward graduation and post-secondary success. You’ll work with a collaborative team to provide academic, social-emotional, and career-oriented support that empowers each learner’s journey.
Education: Bachelor’s degree required, Master's preferred
Licensure: Texas7-12 secondary certification in Science/Life Science or Physical Science (REQUIRED)
Experience: 2+ years of teaching experience (high school preferred)
Skills: Strong communication, time management, instructional planning, and collaboration skills
Passion: A deep commitment to helping at-risk youth succeed academically and personally
