As a ScienceContent Coach, you will serve as the primary instructional resource for our Graduation Candidates (GCs), delivering competency‑based content, supporting personalized learning, and guiding students toward graduation and post‑secondary success. You’ll work with a collaborative team to provide academic, social‑emotional, and career‑oriented support that empowers each learner’s journey.
Education: Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred
Licensure: Texas 7‑12 secondary certification in Science/Life Science or Physical Science (REQUIRED)
Experience: 2+ years of teaching experience (high school preferred)
Skills: Strong communication, time management, instructional planning, and collaboration skills
Passion: A deep commitment to helping at‑risk youth succeed academically and personally
