Position Summary:

Our campus has an immediate opening for a Science Teacher. This position provides a student-centered, supportive classroom that promotes resourcefulness, critical thinking, self-awareness, and inclusion while addressing the individual academic and emotional needs of each student through Fusion’s differentiated approach.

Pay Range

$29-$32 per hour USD

Key Responsibilities Include

• Provide one-to-one teaching in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics for grades 6-12.
• Adapt and differentiate instruction for all students, fostering holistic growth.
• Maintain accurate teacher and student records.
• Develop and maintain positive communication with parents.
• Contribute to the campus community.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and reflection.
• Mentor students as part of the role.
• Perform other duties as assigned, such as tutoring students.

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor's Degree and a strong science background.
• Solid knowledge in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics for grades 6-12.
• Teaching credentials are a plus but not mandatory.
• Experience with students with learning differences and ADHD is a plus.
• Outgoing, organized, computer-savvy, and eager to work in a dynamic environment.
• Prepared to teach and tutor high school level material immediately.
