The Special Education Teacher is a state-certified educator responsible for providing daily instruction and support in a virtual academic environment. The teacher develops strategies to engage students, serves as a case manager and contact for students and parents, and monitors academic progress to help meet student learning objectives.
Minimum requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field, with at least 1 year of experience as a special education teacher or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
