Qualifications

• Masters degree or MEQ in applicable field from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 5 years of successful secondary teaching with 3 years in the subject field.
• Experience with instructional leadership, curriculum implementation and professional development desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to departments or subject fields and support classroom teachers in the instructional program.
• Observe and analyze instructional practices to support teacher growth and evaluation.
• Develop the master schedule and serve as liaison to central office on subject matter issues.
