Job summary

Horry County Schools is seeking a motivated Driver and Stocker to deliver and pick up science kits and materials, assist with organizing and restocking, and manage related paperwork. This Clerk II role supports the Science Kit Center and collaborates with the manager to ensure timely deliveries.

Requirements include a HS diploma or GED, driving a large truck with a SC license, and strong communication skills. 220-day term, full-time, with duties across district facilities and schools.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Experience handling science kits preferred.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic technology and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up science kits on a rotation basis.
• Assist with restocking and inventory of materials.
• Handle paperwork documenting deliveries and pickups.
• Assist with ordering and organization of restocking supplies.
• Coordinate with the science kit manager on deliveries.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
