Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree or Bachelor's with two years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience working with children, families, schools, or public audiences.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Fully bilingual (English/Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Science Up Close! program scheduling and logistics.
• Prepare gallery operations, staffing, and material inventories.
• Collaborate with UF units and researchers to align demonstrations.
• Track attendance, collect feedback, and report on programs.
• Serve as on-site liaison for programs and events.
