Responsibilities

• Plans and implements a program of instruction that adheres to district standards and goals.
• Creates well‑structured, research‑based lesson plans with diverse teaching strategies.
• Monitors student progress and provides timely reports to parents and administrators.
• Maintains a positive, orderly classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Collaborates in curriculum development and participates in in‑service training and staff meetings.
• Provides support and supervision for paraprofessionals, tutors and volunteers as needed.
