• Ability to work cooperatively with parents, school districts and agencies in providing services to students.

• Plans and implements a program of instruction aligned with district goals and courses of study.
• Keeps current in subject matter knowledge and learning theory; supports curriculum revision.
• Develops classroom rules and discipline techniques; ensures safety and proper supervision.
• Communicates with parents and the public; supports school program visibility and community relations.
• Continues professional growth through workshops, conferences, and advanced coursework.
• Evaluates student progress using multiple assessment methods and adjusts instruction accordingly.
