Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in strategy and administration.
• Experience developing and executing multi-year strategic plans.

Responsibilities

• Shape and advance divisional strategic priorities with clear owners and timelines.
• Lead annual and multi-year divisional planning with concrete goals.
• Serve as the Dean's delegate on high-priority projects and workstreams.
• Assess departmental structures, workflows, and resource alignment.
• Improve cross-functional coordination across the division.
• Partner with leaders to ensure well-integrated workstreams.
• Provide decision support, frame options, and drive alignment.
• Track progress and surface risks with transparent reporting.
