Harvard University’s Faculty of Arts and Sciences seeks a Director of Industry Alliances to lead strategic relationships between science divisions and industry partners. The role requires broad collaboration across Harvard units, spanning research, technology transfer, corporate relations, and development to advance discovery and societal impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, business, public policy, or related field.
• MBA or other advanced degree strongly preferred.
• Experience in industry relations, research partnerships, or technology transfer.

Responsabilités

• Lead development and management of industry relationships for the Sciences Division.
• Identify opportunities for sponsored or collaborative research and partnerships.
• Coordinate with offices across Harvard on proposals, agreements, and governance.
• Represent Harvard at industry events and maintain a robust partner pipeline.
• Monitor partnership performance and prepare reports for leadership.
