HDR is seeking an Architecture Project Manager - Science in San Francisco to lead multidisciplinary teams across the project lifecycle, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of complex architectural work for scientific facilities.

You will coordinate staffing, engage with clients, and manage deliverables while applying QA/QC procedures and maintaining our employee-owned culture throughout the project.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• 7 years related experience.
• A minimum 2 years project management.
• Registered Architect.
• Must be able to lead a team on projects.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project).
• Good planning and mentoring skills.
• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams throughout the project's lifecycle (development to close-out).
• Responsible for all aspects of complex small to medium projects or routine large projects.
• Produce and coordinate several small to medium projects concurrently.
• Establish and maintain client relations, and be involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meetings.
• Conduct work sessions for deliverable development with staff and stakeholders.
• Coordinate staffing and workload through the project life cycle and ensure deliverables on schedule.
• Track financial aspects of projects and ensure budget and schedule adherence.
• Work with Accounting, Operations and Business leadership for project reviews.
• Implement QA/QC procedures.
• Perform other duties as needed.
