Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administers medications and nursing care to SCI patients in outpatient clinic.
• Works under supervision of a Registered Nurse within a multidisciplinary team.
• Performs bedside care and documentation in the electronic medical record.
• Responds to changes in patient condition and initiates appropriate actions.
• Primarily responsible for catheter exchanges in the SCI outpatient clinic.
• Provides education and support to patients and families as part of care delivery.
• Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
