CACI is seeking an SSO Security Assistant in Rome, NY to support the Special Security Officer in managing SCI operations. The role covers INFOSEC, PERSEC, and INDUSEC responsibilities in a rigorous security environment, requiring handling of sensitive documents and access control.

The position emphasizes national security duties, compliance, and coordination of security programs, with qualifications including an active Secret clearance and potential TS/SCI eligibility.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant security experience.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a front-line support point by receiving calls, greeting visitors, and directing inquiries.
• Assist with safeguarding and storing classified materials and sensitive documents.
• Support electronic scanning, formatting, and storage of documents.
• Create, edit, and manage forms, memos, reports, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Maintain records per Air Force and DoD requirements, including receipt, control, and safekeeping of materials.
• Update information in systems such as DISS, NISS, and EDA.
• Assist with SCI personnel security processing, including indoctrinations and debriefings.
• Manage visitor requests and scheduling for meetings and briefings.
• Enter and update security data in systems including DISS, RMT, and Scattered Castles.
• Support transmission and receipt of documents using USAF tools and DoD SAFE.
• Review DD254s and assist with SCIF Co Utilization and Joint Utilization Agreements.
