Job summary

JCTM is seeking a Special Security Representative to support 2d MAW operations, managing security controls and ensuring SCI program compliance with DoD and Marine Corps standards. You will work with the SSO and SIO to safeguard intelligence data, tools, and facilities.

This role emphasizes incident reporting, risk assessments, training, and coordination across intelligence security teams. A TS/SCI clearance and at least 3 years of SSR experience are required, with opportunities to grow into

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required and eligibility for SAP.
• At least 3 years of SSR/security representative experience.
• Extensive knowledge of IC, DoD, and DoN SCI policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Administer security controls for SCI databases and facilities.
• Audit and apply intelligence data protection measures.
• Support policy development and security posture across 2d MAW intelligence programs.
• Document security incidents and coordinate mitigations.
• Design and deliver quarterly SCI security awareness training.
• Oversee physical security and access control for intelligence facilities.
• Provide technical SME on security systems and risk assessments.
• Maintain risk reports, access logs, and audit records.
