Job summary

JCTM is seeking a Special Security Representative (SSR) to safeguard intelligence data, tools, and facilities within SCI environments. You will collaborate with the Special Security Officer (SSO) and Senior Intelligence Officer (SIO) to maintain strict security controls and ensure compliance with DoD and Marine Corps standards.

As an SSR, you will administer security measures across intelligence databases and facilities, conduct risk assessments, and support incident response.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• 3 years of security representative experience.
• Familiarity with IC, DoD and DoN SCI policies.
• Experience with security plans and operations.
• Knowledge of DISS and SCI processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication; self-motivated.
• MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Administer security controls to protect SCI data and facilities.
• Maintain compliance with DoD/Marine Corps SCI standards.
• Support SSO and SIO in policy development and program oversight.
• Document security incidents and coordinate mitigation efforts.
• Design and deliver quarterly SCI security training.
