Northrop Grumman in Dulles, VA seeks a Program Cost Control Analyst - Finance (Level 3 or 4) to support budgets, schedules, and financial analyses for contracts critical to national and global security. Onsite role with a 9/80 schedule and every other Friday off.

Position requires active SCI clearance, a background in financial analysis or reporting, and proficiency with MS Office. Preferred experience includes EVM and Costpoint/Cobra/Primavera or SAP.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of professional experience or Master’s with 3 years, PhD with 1 year; additional 4+ years in lieu of degree.
• Requires active Top-Secret/SSC I clearance at time of application.
• Experience with financial analysis or reporting.
• Experience with MS Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Set up cost control system, monitor costs and schedules on contracts with validated cost schedule control.
• Support audits and reviews requested by programs, customers, and management.
• Perform analysis and prepare reports to ensure contracts meet negotiated parameters and government guidelines.
• Perform Earned Value Management (EVM) tasks including WBS development, budget baseline, cost risk analysis and visibility reports, estimates to complete.
• Other duties as assigned.
