The Hill School is seeking a talented Videographer to create compelling video content that showcases student achievement, school life, and strategic initiatives. The role requires evening and weekend work to cover major events and daily life across campus.

You will shoot, edit, and post videos for marketing and communications, manage the media lab, and collaborate with the social media team to deliver consistent, engaging content that reflects the school's mission.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of professional videography experience, preferably in education.
• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Studies, Communications, or related field required.
• Experience teaching media-production skills and managing media facilities is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality video for marketing, communications, and archival purposes.
• Develop storytelling videos highlighting student achievement, faculty profiles, and school programs.
• Film and edit school events, athletic competitions, performances, and ceremonies.
• Record, edit, and post livestreams of major events.
• Design motion graphics and advertisements for digital platforms.
• Collaborate with Communications on content strategy and production calendars.
