Noble Hearts HR Consulting Inc. is seeking a School Van Driver in Kansas City, MO to transport students safely to school and activities. You will operate company vans, assist students, and follow safety procedures to ensure reliable service.

We offer flexible part-time or full-time options, weekly pay, and a supportive team environment. Prior driving experience and a valid license are required to join a community-focused transportation team.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license in the state of residence.
• Clean driving record as shown on MVR.
• Ability to pass drug screening, physical, and background checks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Read, write legibly, complete required reports.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and approved outings.
• Assist students entering and exiting the vehicle.
• Load and secure students during transportation.
• Escort students to destination location when required.
• Communicate with Dispatchers about location and status.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain driving logs and incident reports.
• Report vehicle maintenance issues promptly.
