Noble Hearts HR Consulting & Staffing is seeking a Transportation Specialist (Driver) in Olathe, KS. This on-site role involves transporting students, assisting with entry/exit, and maintaining safety and adherence to procedures.

The position offers flexible part-time hours with potential for additional full-time shifts. Benefits and weekly pay are highlighted alongside a 19.00 per hour wage. CDL is not required, and the team emphasizes safety and dependable service.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
• Acceptable driving record as shown on MVR.
• Ability to pass a company drug screening.
• Ability to pass a physical exam.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read, write legibly, and complete required reports.
• Good judgment and decision-making ability.
• Ability to work independently with students, families, dispatchers, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school, appointments, and other approved outings.
• Assist students entering and exiting the vehicle safely.
• Safely load, unload, and secure students during transportation.
• Escort students to their destination when required.
• Communicate with Dispatchers regarding location, status, and updates.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Complete daily driving logs, incident reports, and other required documentation.
• Report vehicle maintenance issues immediately.
• Maintain the vehicle by keeping it clean and fueled.
• Follow all traffic laws, company procedures, dress code, and safety policies.
• Perform all job functions in a professional, reliable, and respectful manner.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
