Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CDL Class B with School Bus Driver & Passenger endorsements required.
• 3+ years in school bus operations; 2 years with student behavior experience.
• Willingness to learn school bus laws and routing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch day-to-day operations and office functions.
• Maintain dispatch logs and update schedules.
• Coordinate with Manager for time-off requests and route changes.
• Provide directions to staff and ensure coverage when buses are in service.
• Attend meetings and ensure on-time attendance as a standard.
