Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain efficient student transportation schedules.
• Coordinate activity trips, field trips, and extracurricular transportation needs.
• Respond to route changes, emergencies, and transportation concerns.
• Assist with substitute driver coordination and scheduling.
• Supervise and support bus drivers and transportation personnel.
• Conduct evaluations and provide regular feedback to supervisees.
• Assist with driver training, onboarding, and compliance requirements.
• Promote professional communication within the department.
• Conduct meetings and communicate operational expectations clearly.
