Job summary

Delta-T Group Detroit, Inc. is seeking a School Transportation Nurse (RN) to provide health services in the Detroit, MI area for the 2026/27 school year. As a transportation nurse you will ride the school bus with students to ensure a safe trip to and from school.

Responsibilities include basic nursing care on the bus, coordination with school staff, and coverage of the AM/PM shifts with flexible split hours. Active MI license and in-person CPR required.

Qualifications

• Active Michigan Nursing license is required.
• CPR certification (in-person) is required.
• TB test current.
• Pediatric nursing experience is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Ride the school bus with students to ensure a safe trip to and from school.
• Provide basic nursing care and monitor health needs on transportation.
• Coordinate with school staff and transportation teams as needed.
