Job summary

Our client, Delta-T Group, seeks a School Transportation Nurse (RN) to provide health services on Detroit, MI school routes for the 2026/27 year. You will ride the bus with students to ensure a safe trip to and from school.

Active Michigan RN license, in-person CPR certification, and current TB status are required, with at least one year of nursing experience; pediatric experience preferred. Hours are Monday–Friday with split AM/PM shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year nursing experience.
• Active Michigan nursing license.
• Valid in-person CPR certification.
• Current TB status.

Responsibilities

• Ride the school bus with students to ensure safe trips to and from school.
• Monitor student health during transit and respond to health needs as required.

CLIENT'S AVAIALBLE HOURS & HOURLY RATE

Compensation is dependent on Contractor's experience, education, availability, and skills.

• Monday - Friday
• Split shift hours - flexible
• AM hours range from 5:30a-9:30a
• PM hours range from 1:45p-5:30p

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of one (1) year experience
• Pediatric experience (preferred)
• Active Michigan Nursing license
• Valid CPR certification (in-person)
• Current TB
