Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Driver to safely transport staff and the children we serve to schools, field trips, and other locations. You will support center operations, ensure safety, and comply with all regulations as part of a dedicated team.

Requirements include a valid driver’s license, 21+ years old, CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain, and strong communication skills. This on-site role offers flexible hours and opportunities to contribute to young learners’

Qualifications

• Requires driver’s license with no more than three moving violations in the past three years.
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to drive center vehicles.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to work flexible hours and assignments.
• Good verbal, listening, and written communication skills.
• At least two years of experience transporting children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely transporting staff and children to and from school, field trips, and other locations.
• Ensure safety and supervision of children during transport.
• Comply with KinderCare regulations and governmental rules for child care.
• Communicate important information to Center Director.
• Participate in staff meetings and center events.
