Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up and configure computers for network and internet access.
• Maintain technology equipment and prioritize issues to keep it operational.
• Supervise computer labs and schedule lab usage.
• Provide training on hardware and software.
• Maintain and update the building website.
• Manage inventory of computers and software.
• Assist with telephone system extensions and issues.
• Attend meetings and trainings to stay updated on technology.
• Provide guidance on technology purchases and requisitions.
• Maintain user accounts and email for staff and students.
• Perform other job duties as assigned.
