Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time travel assignment near Vista, CA. You will deliver direct and consultative services to K-12 students, assess and develop therapy plans, and collaborate with IEP teams, teachers, and families to support student success.

This position offers competitive pay from $50 to $65 per hour, non-taxable stipends, travel assistance, healthcare benefits, a 401(k), and a stable 35-hour workweek (7:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m.).

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active California SLP license (or eligibility to obtain).
• ASHA CCC (preferred) or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct and consultative speech/language therapy services to K-12 students.
• Assess, diagnose, and create individualized therapy plans.
• Collaborate with IEP teams, teachers, and families to support student success.
• Maintain documentation and data in compliance with school/state guidelines.
• Foster a positive, inclusive therapy environment.
