Responsibilities

Deliver direct speech and language therapy, develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), conduct assessments, attend meetings, collaborate with staff, and maintain compliant documentation for a caseload of approximately 55 students.

Qualifications & Skills

Current SLP license, Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field, Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, and experience in school-based environments preferred.

Key Duties

Manage student caseload, develop therapy plans, perform assessments, collaborate with educators and families, and ensure accurate record-keeping in compliance with regulations.
