Provide speech-language therapy to students in the Quarryville Elementary School setting.
Assess and develop individualized education plans for students with communication disorders.
Consult with teachers, parents, and staff to support student progress.
Implement evidence-based interventions tailored to student needs.
Document progress and maintain accurate records of therapy activities and outcomes.
Bachelor's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or equivalent.
Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
Minimum of 1 year of school-based speech therapy experience.
Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 55 students.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a school setting with diverse student needs.
Background check clearance required.
Physical ability to perform duties in a school environment.
