Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support students from 3rd grade through 12th across a campus near the Watertown area. You will cover three buildings, serving approximately 44 students with direct therapy and consultative services.

Work weekdays 7:45 a.m. to 3:45 p.m., collaborating with educators, families and staff. SLP-CCC credentials required; school-based experience preferred; caseload management and documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• Hold current SLP-CCC credentials.
• Experience in school-based settings preferred.
• Caseload management including direct therapy and consultative services.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language services as identified in IEPs, including assessments, direct therapy, and consults.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable input for student progress and goal setting.
• Maintain organized, timely and accurate documentation for student records.
• Support students’ academic and functional communication in educational environments, adapting strategies based on individual student needs.
• Serve as a resource to teachers and staff across the 3 buildings you’ll cover.

Utilize your expertise to help approximately 44 students—offering both direct intervention and consultative services. Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Hold current SLP-CCC credentials
• Experience working within school-based settings preferred
• Ability to manage a caseload with diverse needs, including both direct therapy and consultative students
• Demonstrated collaboration skills, working effectively with educators, families, and other support staff
• Proficiency in documentation, progress monitoring, and IEP processes for K–12 populations
