Sunbelt Staffing near El Cajon, CA is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time, school-based contract. The role is onsite, Monday through Friday, 8:45 AM to 3:05 PM, about 30 billable hours weekly, through the end of the school year.

You will assess and provide therapy aligned with IEPs, collaborate with educators and families, document per district requirements, and contribute to a supportive school environment.

Qualifications

• Valid California licensure and credentials required for school-based SLP positions.
• Experience or interest in supporting students with moderate/severe needs, including augmentative and alternative communication (AAC).
• Ability to work independently and adapt to varying caseloads (final details on school assignments/caseload will be provided soon).
• Commitment to providing onsite services.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct assessment and therapy to students, tailored to Individualized Education Plans.

Put your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist to work in a dynamic school-based environment, based near El Cajon, CA. This full-time contract opportunity involves providing essential SLP services onsite within a supportive and collaborative team. With a regular Monday through Friday schedule from 8:45 AM to 3:05 PM (30 billable hours per week considering a half-hour unpaid lunch), youll have the chance to make a meaningful difference for students from now until the end of the school year.
