Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a contracted school-based role near Buffalo, NY, serving ages 3-21 with Autism. Positions available full-time and part-time, in-person, with flexible caseloads to fit age groups.

You’ll join a supportive multidisciplinary team and deliver direct therapy aligned to IEP goals. The ideal candidate holds NY SLP license and teaching certificate; CCC/CFY preferred; Medicaid/OPRA/NPI numbers required; strong organizational and collaborative

Qualifications

• Valid NY Speech-Language Pathologist license required.
• NY Teaching Certificate-TSSH or TSSLD license required.
• Active Medicaid, OPRA numbers, and an NPI number required.
• CCC, CFY, or school-based experience encouraged.
• Experience or interest in working with Autism is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language therapy and intervention to students with Autism.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on IEP goals.
• Conduct assessments, write progress notes, and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to support student progress.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to IEP paperwork as needed.
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment.
