Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time role in a K-5 school setting in Ohio. The contract begins immediately and runs through May 28, 2027, offering a meaningful opportunity to support student communication needs inside a collaborative educational team.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, state licensure eligibility (CCC or CFY possible), and experience in school settings with elementary-aged children.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • CCC or CFY eligibility
  • Experience working in school settings with elementary-aged children is highly valued
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

  • Deliver direct and consultative speech and language services to students in grades K-5
  • Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to identify student needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary team members to support student progress
  • Maintain timely and accurate records of evaluations, sessions, and outcomes
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for adaptive strategies and accommodations
  • Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement and growth
