In this role, you\'ll provide individualized and small-group therapy, participate in IEP planning, and create engaging, evidence-based interventions that support both academic and social success.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations for elementary students with a variety of communication needs.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based therapy plans aligned with each student\'s IEP goals.
• Provide engaging individual and small-group speech-language therapy, including services for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• Support and implement augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems, including programming devices, modeling use, and collaborating with staff and families to promote successful communication.
• Partner with teachers, special education staff, occupational therapists, psychologists, and families to foster student growth across educational settings.
• Participate in IEP meetings by contributing evaluation findings, progress updates, and recommendations for appropriate speech-language services and accommodations.

Qualifications

• Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) SLP license or eligibility
• Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility
• School-based experience preferred
